Chop, Chop...



So the average daily calories are now at 1750 - which is great. I'll spend the next two weeks trying to slowly get close to 1700. Ideally by weigh-in day, that's my goal. If I chop a few calories off the goal each day i should get close - if Meatless Monday is a very low day then i may get to 1700 even sooner.

Meanwhile, speaking of meatless... In reviewing the past few days of tracker my meat consumption has dropped a bit. I'm very happy about that. I haven't been making a conscience decision to do that - I've simply decided that if that happens great, but if not, that's fine too. As i said, I'm not prepared to make an actual goal of this, i prefer to just let it unfold based on my desire to cut down on meat and hopefully that will be enough of a conviction for this to happen naturally. That's preferable - one less goal to maintain. We'll see how it goes. I'll do another review end of November and post an update. :) Meanwhile...
