Cleansing







I had two mixed drinks last night – I tried Sky Vodka (coconut) it was loaded with flavor but sadly not very potent. It also has fewer calories than absolute (explains alot). I had it with seltzer and a splash of pineapple juice so it was very tropical. I added 900 miscellaneous calories today (instead of 1000 - I did a recalc). I'm comfortable with that number. I played several games of pool (a little exercise...) and then had good conversation for a couple hours. Nice evening – but because of the alcohol I'm cleansing my body today. I had light meals and lots of fruits, vegetables and water. Going forward, this will most likely be my ritual the day after having drinks.
I also have to get my daily calorie average back under 1750...

Something else I’ve been thinking a lot about lately is meat consumption - how maybe limiting it to every other day would be better. I notice that when I eat pork and red meat (particularly steak)  it doesn't move out as quickly as I'd like, and I’m not happy with that. I don't want my digestive tract and colon to be a 24-36 hour storage facility for rotted meat. So maybe the solution is alternating days, that might work better. Keep watching the tracker to see if that happens soon. In the meantime I’ll see just how convicted I am over the next few days or maybe I’ll need to ruminate some more to see if the conviction grows. Meanwhile…
