Less Sugar – More Nutrition




 


Super busy day today so this will be a quick entry. Calorie count was good. I had 2 Nutra-Blast smoothies – I’ve been using more veggies than fruits just because of the sugar factor. I want less sugar and more nutrition. That’s the goal. Meanwhile…
