In Honor of Two Fallen Heroes who died in NYC on 12/21/14 - R.I.P. 


All things considered, my calories for yesterday were exceptional. I ended the day with less than 2600 largely because i avoided alcohol, soda and a variety of desserts. I indulged a little but didn't go crazy so I wake up very pleased to post this tracker. Today will be a day of cleansing. After a delectable piece of lemon cake with lemon icing and 4 sugar cookies my blood needs to be washed of sugar! lol So today is all about fruits, veggies, fiber and proteins. :) but first....
