Anti-Inflammatory






Today was a better calorie day - ending at 1760. Helped bring my average down - which is my short term goal (1700). I forgot yesterday to change the 'year' to 2015 on tracker. We are in the New Year and its exciting. This will be a year of change in my life and I'm so genuinely happy about that. But I feel 'change' in the air, I feel it all around me in an anticipatory sense. Lots of changes - I sound like a politician! But change can be good, cleansing - it's important. One of my New Year goals is to slowly implement a more anti-inflammatory diet which includes less meat, dairy, gluten, and of course the addition of less stress, more meditation and deep breathing. I think each week that passes will have change - changes in my life personally and changes in the lives around me. Call it a premonition -  but it feels like a year of great change. I'm looking forward to all good things personally. I'll keep you posted. Meanwhile...
