"Gluten Free"





So, today starts a new chapter in the Healthy Evolution - "Gluten Free". I've been wanting to do this for quite some time - now is the time. I bought some gluten free cereal and breads yesterday and so when you see cereal or bread on the tracker - please know that unless I say otherwise - it is gluten free. This change is for better health rather than weight loss. As a matter of fact, gluten free products tend to have more calories than their conventional counterparts. The reason for this change is that I've learned gluten can contribute to an unhealthy inflammatory response and this is well documented. This journey is about change - making small but significant changes regularly to enhance my health both physically, mentally and spiritually. So, I'm starting the new year with portion control and now gluten free. I think these are major bricks in the foundation of my good health. I've also signed up for some personal guidance that will start next week. 2015 is about taking my health to the next level - one brick at a time. :) Meanwhile...
