Getting Back into a Routine




Today was my first day back to the office in 2015. I had a very nice, relaxing (long) weekend. I have averaged 2200 daily calories since New Years Eve (2097 daily for the month so far - I'm working on driving that down to 1700). I'm getting back into a routine - one of the things I'll be working on this week is paleo. The plan is to dramatically limit or eliminate all simple carbs after lunch. My evening snack will be fruits and/or vegetables (primarily in the form of a Nutra Blast Smoothie).  This is the first week after a very long - calorie laden holiday season and so it will be a week of hard work getting myself back into the routine of healthy eating, monitored portions / carbohydrates and better calorie control. Overall this year will be better than last. I expect to lose at least 10% more weight and at least that much in added health (if that can be measured). It will definitely be a healthier year overall. Meanwhile...
