Something Wonderful This Way Comes








So today I awoke with a spark of excitement. I had a wonderful day! It’s always great when you awake to new possibilities. I love days like this. Also, not a bad tracker day – with the exception of a piece of crusty French bread for lunch (w/gluten) and a small Cadbury chocolate/caramel bar. But my calories for the day are well under goal, so I’m very happy with that and as far as the bread is concerned, my absolute intention is to remove gluten from my diet – and eventually I will achieve that. I may never be 100% daily, but I’ll be close. Meanwhile…
