Pop Goes Nutrition!



My numbers today were very good. My routine is pretty much back to normal which is why my daily calorie average is under 1750. Today for dinner I had a burger and homemade baked fries (a Martha Stewart recipe) and so that was a treat. I haven’t been having a smoothie twice daily, some mornings or evenings I have a homemade smoothie pop instead – and that’s fine. But I never miss an entire day without having a smoothie (and truthfully I prefer having two). I need the fruits and vegetables – a lot. I’m making up for 40+ years of little / none. That’s a tall order. Meanwhile…
