Flexibility



So, it’s been a busy week – which is usually the case following a holiday. I don’t mind being busy, I love feeling productive. I woke up ½ hour early this morning and did some meditation, deep breathing and stretching. What a wonderful way to start the day. I’m even starting to feel flexibility in my right hip which has been kind of stiff for a while. I’m really pleased with that because it shows that range of motion depends strongly on muscle flexibility even in an arthritic joint. I’m happy.

I’ve started adding 1ml of organic green tea concentrate to my first daily quart of water. Green tea has many powerful properties with clinically researched health benefits including organ support, connective tissue, cognitive function, cellular protection, energy levels, circulatory and cardiovascular function, just to name a few. It’s a natural, ancient and wonderful remedy that I’m happily incorporating into my daily regimen.  Zero calories by the way. Works for me.
