Yuck!



I've been battling nasal congestion since Saturday - but yesterday and today it was terrible. I took today off - I slept for the better part of the day - then had to go to CVS for a decongestant, non-drowsy, caplets. So far so good. Before this though I inhaled steam, gargled with salt water, slept at a 90 degree angle all weekend, drinking tea, lots of water, trying to keep the fluids high. But finally I had to go get a decongestant because my breathing was labored. Yuck! I do feel better. We'll see about tomorrow because I'm suppose to meet friends for an evening movie.... We'll see... Meanwhile...
