I Love Weekends!




I really do. They allow me to get caught up with chores and things that I just don’t have time to do during the week. Tonight I’m going to see a play written and starring a friend. I’m excited about that. It’s supposed to be a steamy weekend here on Long Island, in other words a typical summer day. That’s fine by me. It won’t slow me down. I’ll do some walking and probably a trip to the gym. I’ve been using these resistance bands at home for legs, arms and back. That’s in addition to stretching and some meditation (all of which I’ll do this weekend as well). 
P.S. You'll notice cheese dropping off my tracker - I've been eating it several times a week over the past few weeks but now I'm cutting it out just in case there's some wacky disease or negative blood work that's associated with the consumption of too much cheese. I'm not a big cheese lover so this won't be difficult.  Meanwhile…
