3/11… My Fitness Pal

It’s got lots of terrific features including a personalized calorie /nutrition tracker (carbs, fat, protein, sodium and sugar). Food and exercise diary monitoring, your own blog page to share your thoughts, daily tracker and anything else you want. There’s a comprehensive weight loss community with thousands of like-minded members in your area to connect with. You can migrate your Facebook, Twitter and Google+ friends. Chat rooms are readily available to help you assimilate and make weight loss buddies. Your blog page and tracker can easily be shared with social network pages as well as emailed to friends. There’s a mobile app for convenience. There’s a report menu that   tracks and graphs your progress every step of the way. But what I really find so helpful is the phenomenal food / nutrition database. The db provides nutritional information for 2 Million food choices from supermarkets, mother-nature and every popular restaurant you can think of. And best of all – access to all of this is absolutely FREE!
