Today marks the 4th week of the daily tracker and impending analysis. I am so excited to start sorting and evaluating all these numbers. By this time next week I’ll have reached some conclusions that I’ll use to tweak my weight loss strategy.

Meanwhile, I’ll share an interesting discovery  that I recently made. It seems that by maintaining the daily tracker, planning menus, shopping lists, research, blog entries, interacting with web communities, compiling / analyzing data, etc. my days have gotten considerably longer than before. It’s amazing, but true, this new way of living / hobby gives the perception that time is slowing down. And so I thought I’d further enhance this perception by adding a new Weigh-In Countdown at the top right corner of the page.

By golly, I think I’ve discovered the Fountain of Youth – and its name is Anticipation…
