If you’ve ever viewed some of my
Daily Trackers then you have definitely seen Kind Bars appear quite
frequently. I have found the perfect snack for me. Kind
is an all-natural healthy candy bar made from whole foods like nuts, grains,
fruits and dark chocolate. There is absolutely nothing artificial
in a Kind Bar and there is a wide variety of fruit/nut/chocolate/no chocolate
combinations to choose from. I personally like Almond Coconut and Dark
Chocolate Cherry Cashew. But I also enjoy Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate and
Almond Walnut Macadamia. Most bars are just 200 calories which I can easily fit
into my tracker. They’re healthy, so I never feel guilty after enjoying one and
because they’re so delicious I never feel deprived, which is wonderful.
Two thumbs up for Kind.
