It's Official...










Vegetarian, maybe. But definitely not vegan. I am seriously considering this because I am slowly becoming convinced that it may be the healthiest way to live. You will notice over the next few weeks that my diet will be evolving. You will notice more and more vegetables and vegetarian meals. Stay tuned in for that. Meanwhile I found some new English muffins today and I'm so excited, Ezekiel sprouted grain English muffins! I'll use up my Thomas' first then transition. I think sprouted grains is the wave of my future!


Weather in NY is gorgeous with a capital GORGEOUS!!! No joke. mid 70s with a light breeze. A fine way to usher in the first Official day of Summer.   Meanwhile,
