Mental Health Day



So I decided to take a day off today, last minute sort of thing. I had difficulty sleeping last night so I decided I needed some rest and relaxation. I treated myself to a nice lunch at Tula's and an ice cream cone at Coyle's (all homemade). So those were nice treats. I still managed to stay within goal because my lunch (while partially liquid) was a cobb salad with no carbs. Calories are always lower when carbs are absent. Well, it was a very nice day. And in its own way very productive.
