Beautiful is Back!



80°, sunny, warm breezes and ZERO Humidity! Perfection. I must tell you – this Long Island Summer is quite beautiful. 
Heading out for a walk around the village.  

In the meantime, I’m getting ready for weigh-in #6. I also went to my first training session tonight. I'll reserve my remarks for a few days.
This is a very busy summer so far, but truthfully I like to be busy, almost as much as I like R&R, fun and laughter! Everything has its place. Speaking of… I am curious to see what I’ve lost this time around. After 14lbs last month I’m hoping for 6-7 this time around. I wasn’t as tough with my tracker this month compared to last month – when I was super tough. It didn’t occur to me that my weight loss would be so impacted by eliminating coffee. I really believe that 5-7lbs (if not more) of that loss was water.

The only other significant change that I made during June was eliminating carbohydrates after lunch. That change was put into place earlier in the month, but I still don't believe that it would have made such an impact. You know what, no more speculating. Tomorrow will be here soon enough. I’ll post results sometime in the afternoon.
