Thank God for a Healthy Digestive Tract!


 
It was a long but very productive day. I came in just over goal- but didn't eat the healthiest so it wasn't a "good" food day. I'll post tracker a little later. I am happy that we're all ready to move into the new place- everything important has been done. My goal is to be back to my regular routine by Wednesday the latest. It'll be a lot of work but we'll get it done, I'm sure. Meanwhile in honor of walking club I signed up for a 4 mile boardwalk-walk Thursday evening. It'll most likely be the only walking I'll do before then. Of course I'm not counting the numerous times I climbed up and down the stairs yesterday, or all the packing, lifting, pushing, pulling, the trips I made into town, etc. There's no doubt in my mind that I burned all my calories, but I'm still not happy with the food. 😒 I will soon fix.
