Short and Sweet



 

Humidity is breaking – it’s supposed to be beautiful over the next couple days. Hoorah!

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I’m under goal. I don’t like to eat too much before a long walk but I can’t go on an empty stomach so I think I made good choices for dinner. If I’m hungry later I’ll have some fruit and a small piece of white meat chicken. (I’ll revise tracker tomorrow if need be…)
