No Teeth = Low Calories...




This is now day 6 of perfect weather. Low to mid 80s, no humidity and warm breezes. This must be what Hawaii is like. Of course I had a good calorie day – its Meatless Monday. My numbers are always low on MM. I’m considering adding another ‘meatless’ day to the week, like Wednesday. So basically that would be 3 days a week with no meat. I’m mulling it over, I’ll make a decision by weigh-in. The advantage of course is Meatless days are usually lower calorie days (and require much less chewing - ha, ha, ha). I want to see what next weigh-in will be. I’m thinking 6-7lbs, which will be great. If more than that (doubtful) I won’t add another meatless day. We’ll see. Oh, and last week I did 15 miles of walking - so that's just about double the previous week. Not too shabby. Some of my team mates far exceeded my totals (thankfully) but I'm always about 'personal best' and 'team effort' so I'm very happy with my progress. Unfortunately as a team we aren't doing very well. We dropped from 2nd to 3rd place. We are approaching Barcelona so hopefully we can pick up the pace. Meanwhile,
