Strike while the iron is hot... or Not!









I forgot my pedometer when I left for work yesterday. That of course costs me steps and I didn’t turn in my numbers. I think I can do it first thing Monday morning. I did pretty good the last two days – almost another 6 miles, maybe a little more. That would end the week at almost 14 miles. That’s twice the week before. A good thing. But not even close to some of my teammates who register 20-30+ miles. We’re all striving for the prize with a long way to go. I’ll keep you posted. J

As predicted today will be low 80s with low humidity. The perfect day to be outside. The impending LIRR strike was averted by Gov. Cuomo and so Long Islanders will be out in force this weekend since no one will have a 5 hour commute on Monday! Thank Goodness! Let the day begin.
