The Two H's


After a beautiful weekend of sunshine, warm breezes and mid 80s w/low humidity... New York is hit with dreaded humidity. This is day 3 of Hot & Humid – yuk. I don't think it really becomes truly bothersome until day 3 because that's the standard grating point for most. But meanwhile I'm signed up for the leukemia walk tomorrow evening. And today at 12:30pm EST it's 92 and humid.  I'm hoping it cools down by tomorrow evening or I'll be walking and swimming. It’s feast or famine over here…
So today was another good day. I’m coming in very close to goal again. I didn’t list an evening snack because I definitely won’t have one due to a big dinner. But again posting my results prior to dinner. That’s it for now.
