Brighter Day!





Monday's are always Super Busy - and today was no exception. My calories are under goal and my average is now at 1811. I'll chisel away at this until it's at 1750 - then I'll be happy. I'm pleased with how well I'm doing for the Summer - I'm not going to let the overindulgences of summer interfere with my goals. Although I call all these things I'm doing goals, a better term would be potential constructive lifestyle changes. I'm still going strong with elimination of bubble gum, coffee and pickles. Let's go.
