Sunny Saturday!






Another beautiful day on Long Island. I spent lots of time in the sunshine. Met friends for lunch and had a big one. Philly cheesesteak Wrap – yumkins. It’s 8pm EST and I’m still comfortable (just had a bowl of greens and some pineapple – to keep my metabolism stoked). Went walking through the mall for an hour. My legs are starting to get strong. Feels great. Strength training is starting to show results. I’m sure it’ll add a little to the scale, hopefully not that much! We’ll see soon enough. Just 17 more days till next weigh-in!
