It was a super nice day on Long Island. Low 70s and breezy. Very busy all day and night. Had a great calorie day - below goal again. Love it. Tried a new spicy rub on shrimp for dinner - so delicious. No calories and flavor better than most sauces I use. Gotta find some more interesting rubs (or make my own even). For now though...
